Ratings and reviews

I keep trying to get in touch with someone via the browser app Support page and through email, but I have yet to have anyone respond. I am still trying to get help on my phone app. It will not allow me to upload pictures to trades, even though I have allowed access. If I select 'take a photo', it doesn't pull up the camera. If I select Choose from Library, it will take me to my photos, I select the photo, and then it goes back to the trade page, but does not upload anything. Meanwhile, I can upload photos via the desktop, but that's a bit of a runaround to do when I'm inputting everything else by phone. Hopefully I get a response through here. I really like this app, but not being able to upload photos via phone is pretty frustrating.

I can't even login to get to my account with the android native app. Market replay does not insert trades in the journal. So you can't tag trades or do anything with them. Hasn't worked for 2 over months The most annoying thing is the charts on the imported trades. They refresh every few seconds so if you were in the middle of zooming in, chart will refresh and zoom out. Good luck trying to do anything with them. The auto sync of trades from broker does not work.

Tradersync is an exceptionally powerful tool for any serious trader. the platform is clearly build with a deep understanding of a trader's needs. After a short period of familiarizing myself with the interface, i was able to increased my efficiency. It compiles complex trade data effortlessly. saving significant time and enabling a much shaper focus on performance analysis. It would be great if the team can implement more reliable auto sync and to expand the capabilities of the mobile app.
