Whether this app, their desktop website, or mobile website, this platform is trash. It's bracket ordering is totally screwed up. Upon hitting a Take Profit or Stop Loss, it's supposed to CLOSE all orders. Instead, it frequently places NEW orders (frequently in the opposite direction). This has turned profitable trades into losers and SMALL losers into BIG losers. Then, you can't even LOOK at another app or page on your phone (even answering a call) without it disconnecting. Ridiculous!
