I recharged my SIM via TradeGo today; the amount was debited and the app shows 'Successful,' but my SIM is still not active. I cannot call your support line as I have no balance. Please clarify if the amount will be refunded or if the recharge will be pushed through immediately. I am stuck without a connection! I even tried to contact your team through mail but no reply mail has been received till now. it's been a bad experience as the amount is huge. please respond fast.!

Refrell :- TRADGO6411191 is a serious issue that likely stems from a backend, server-side, or network error with the Tradgo app. Money deducted without successful recharge is usually refunded within 2-5 working days, but because of the login/crash issues, you should urgently contact their customer support, report the transaction, and consider switching to a more stable platform.

Very Bad Experience! This app used to work fine earlier, and I regularly did recharges without any issue. But yesterday when I tried to recharge, the money was deducted from my account, but the recharge didn’t happen. The amount was credited to Tradgo’s wallet, but nothing was shown in the transaction history. When I opened the app again later, it automatically logged me out. While trying to log in again, I entered my number but kept getting “Try Again” and then the app crashed automatically.
