app is good but the customer care department was very very bad and annoyed. I made a recharge and the payment was deducted, but the recharge didn't go through. When I spoke to customer care, they said it would be resolved in a few hours, but they spoke with such arrogance and attitude—and even hung up the call right in my face.

I made the payment from my account on this app. The payment was done successfully from the account but the amount is not showing in this app. Their helpline number is not getting called and they are not even replying to the email.If I don't get my money back, I will file a fraud case with cyber security.

after updating to the latest verson, when i try to recharge it says pending and after sometime it says recharge failure. money decuct from my main account and now i hve some money stuck in this app. so tradego r u going to refun me ro steal money from the users? i tried many times but the result always comes out failure. I am not happy with that.
