I made the payment from my account on this app. The payment was done successfully from the account but the amount is not showing in this app. Their helpline number is not getting called and they are not even replying to the email.If I don't get my money back, I will file a fraud case with cyber security.

after updating to the latest verson, when i try to recharge it says pending and after sometime it says recharge failure. money decuct from my main account and now i hve some money stuck in this app. so tradego r u going to refun me ro steal money from the users? i tried many times but the result always comes out failure. I am not happy with that.

Earlier it was working sooth but now it's totally doing sacm with us . I want to do recharge but it show unsuccessful and balance remaining in wallet. i suggest don't use this app for recharge or anything
