Don't use this app for bus booking; it is totally useless. There are no proper customer care services. Last night, the bus broke down at midnight, and we had to book another bus to travel to Chennai. I tried to reach customer care regarding this, but they are not giving proper responses. They are saying things like, 'If the bus driver cancelled it, I will refund the amount,' instead of providing assistance. Instead of using this app, you can go with RedBus or some other apps.

I think it is a fraud app, i have recharged ₹148 (12GB data) and it was showing successful in the app, but after 10 days I noticed it was not recharged and even there was no message of recharge that day. This is a fraud app and the customer care services also seems fraud. No manners how to talk and they don't even receive calls. After trying 10-15 calls they answered once I think by mistake and told me the amount will be refunded or get recharged in 15-20 minutes but nothing happened & no ans.

I'm using this app since last 3 months.but today I felt bad experience. They have debited 476 from my bank account but recharge got failed.when I try to raise complaint getting notification like unable to raise complaint for failed recharges. I don't understand then why they debited amount and kept for themselves.their customer care number also not reachable.seems like fake app tries to loot our money. Don't fall in trap.
