What’s new

Fixes "everything shows as Closed" — dashboard now displays real reason (TP Hit / SL Hit / Trailing) across Binance, BingX, OKX, Bybit via new 4-step inference: orderId match → algoId resolve (OKX) → price proximity → fallback. Local close notifications with actual PnL + reason. Fixes "-0.01% = SL Hit". Binance orphan SL/TP/Trail after close auto-cleaned after ~15min. Grace 15s→5s.
