As far as the actual functionality of the smoker itself, it's great... Food comes out perfect every time.No doubt , i bought the woodridge model , and the digital display went out after only three months , called customer service.They want you to go through all these steps to reset it, before they will send you a new unit which you have to install yourself. It's not even a year a year old, and I can't even use the digital display. If anything ever goes wrong with the internet, you're out of luck

Can't get it to add my new smoker to save my life, have been through tutorials, the help (online), reset the smoker multiple times, clearing everything in app and via smoker settings. Can get connected and confirmed, then can't name smoker or add it to my "grill" option. It ever shows up, it simply doesn't work. I even got an 25' Ethernet chord so the router was 2 ft away outside. No dice. if you're going to offer a feature, do better, Treager.

Really difficult to re-add a grill (575 Pro) that was previously on my account for 2yrs, but router has changed and now it is extremely difficult to connect. Too cumbersome in linking the device to the phone, then to the router, and then it gets hung up for over an hour. App woukdn't even recognize the QR code or the manual entry. It really sucked when the App wouldn't recognize the bar cor manually entered serial number. Traeger needs to fix this. This will be the last Traeger for me.
