Traffy Fondue is an application for reporting problems. Suggestions from informants and a system to support problem management to be more efficient. The informant does not need to know the official. Or know who was responsible for the problem before. You can report a problem. The system is designed to be easy to use. The informant simply takes a photo and indicates the type of problem. The system will immediately report such problems to the responsible officials and teams. The system can provide progress information and track problem status via mobile phone. This system allows informants to participate in taking care of the environment of their own communities (condominiums, industrial estates, villages) and also gives informants the opportunity to give encouragement.
