Ratings and reviews

I love the emagine theater near me and go often. The app works well, though they have been saying mobile ordering to your seats is coming soon for years. My issue is that trying to redeem anything on the app is impossible. I get a free ticket on my birthday but when I attempt to apply it, the app fails every time. In addition to this, gift cards are unusable on the app or the website. I pay for premium rewards so I can book online with no fees which means the gift cards are for food only.

Needs some work, but gets the job done. App doesn't crash and you can buy tickets/concessions all in one go. The app does not sync purchases from the website so you can't see tickets in the app if you bought it online. Rewards do not load in half the time, even after the "overnight" timeframe the website says. Needs some tweaks to horizontal scrolling and would love to see movie details just from tapping the name of the movie, while on the "by day" list.

App is useless. I am only able to purchase tix if I use Emagine cash or a gift card, Google Pay and Debit/Credit Cards haven't worked for months. And if you purchase online it doesn't sync with the app, so the only thing the app is useful for is to look up movie times and see what seats are available. Much better experience just using the website. Deleting now as it's only taking up memory on my phone. Do better!
