Ratings and reviews

I love the emagine theater near me and go often. The app works well, though they have been saying mobile ordering to your seats is coming soon for years. My issue is that trying to redeem anything on the app is impossible. I get a free ticket on my birthday but when I attempt to apply it, the app fails every time. In addition to this, gift cards are unusable on the app or the website. I pay for premium rewards so I can book online with no fees which means the gift cards are for food only.

Convenient app for buying tix on the spot but if you buy on desktop, app doesn't sync your purchase. Also, it says you have rewards available but for some reason I couldn't select the rewards to ticket purchases so I had to pay full price for them. Getting points and discounts was the whole point as to why i created an account and downloaded the app

I installed the app thinking it would be easier. Nope won't even open. Just a blank purple screen. I did not rate because the app deserves no ratings. OH WOW!!! CAN'T POST UNLESS YOU RATE THE APP. THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! Tried the app again it's been almost 6 months later and still the same issue!! Is the company even reviewing the ratings? I'm seeing a lot of the same problems I'm having. I had to go through Google to check showtimes and purchase tickets. Will I receive rewards for my purchase?
