Very convenient while travelling with all your info in one place. Nothing can be lost & all there at a touch. The emergency contact facility was a godsend. I wouldn't travel without the App! There is even a currency exchange function. A one stop shop!

they updated the app 2 weeks ago and changed the whole app, it looks horrible now the UI just looks cheap and bad. The flight hub tab does not work and CRASHES THE APP when I try to use it bearing in mind I am currently travelling and crucially need this information and when the app changes, moves everything around and locks information behind a crash button it's very stressful to work around. I'm very disappointed in trailfinders that this update was OKd and released

We were very disappointed with the app. Trailfinders kept telling us to refer to the app for more information about things, but very often the app contained exceedingly limited or even misleading information. You are reliant on this when in another country, without access to 4/5G but ironically, the app does not work well if you are not connected to the internet, which you often aren't when abroad. Worse, there are many things they could do to easily improve the app.
