TrailsIQ Report lets you tell trail organizations about issues you spot on the ground — downed trees, washed-out bridges, broken signs, eroded sections, anything that needs attention.

HOW IT WORKS
• Open the app at the trailhead. GPS pinpoints which trail you're on.
• Pick the issue type (one tap). Add a description and a photo.
• Submit. The report goes straight to the trail organization responsible for the network you're on.

DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD
• Works offline. Reports queue on your phone and send themselves the moment you're back in signal.
• Anonymous by default. No account needed. You can leave your name and email if you want a follow-up, but it's never required.
• Photos are captured inside the app at full resolution and stripped of EXIF metadata before upload — your home location isn't embedded in the file.
• Lightweight. The whole app is under 10 MB and stays out of your way until you need it.

CROSS-ORGANIZATION ROUTING
TrailsIQ Report works with any trail organization on the TrailsIQ platform — central SaaS or self-hosted on the org's own server. Reports are routed based on the trail you're actually standing on, not the org that built the app, so you don't have to guess who maintains what.

PRIVACY
The only data we collect is what's needed to act on your report: your live GPS coordinates (to identify the trail), any photos you capture, and the description you typed. Optional name and email fields are only sent if you fill them in. Data is encrypted in transit, your reports are stored only as long as the receiving organization needs them, and you can request deletion at any time.
