About this app

Ridelink One is a mobile companion for couriers, drivers, and field personnel whose organization uses the Ridelink One service.
After signing in with Google, a field member can join their organization using a code supplied by their dispatcher. The member can then complete a selfie check-in, consent to location sharing, communicate with dispatch, receive operational alerts, and look up cargo information.
FIELD CHECK-IN AND ORGANIZATION ACCESS

LIVE LOCATION SHARING
- Give explicit consent before location sharing begins

When sharing is active, Ridelink One sends the device’s location to the member’s organization. Sharing can continue while the app is not on screen and remains active until the user stops it.
DISPATCH COMMUNICATION

- Receive dispatch messages and operational notifications
CARGO TRACKING
- Search using a tracking ID, container number, bill of lading, or booking reference
- View available shipment status, location, dates, and tracking history
- Reopen recent cargo lookups from the current session
Cargo information is supplied by the connected tracking service. The details available depend on the tracking reference and the information returned by that service.
