About this app

Where is your train right now, and which platform is it on? Train Tracker shows the live position and delay of Bangladesh trains, reported by passengers on board, and the platform, reported by passengers at the station. No more guessing from the printed timetable.

🚆 LIVE TRAIN LOCATION
See the train on the map, how late it is, and when it will reach each station. Positions come from passengers sharing GPS on that train, merged so no single phone can be identified. Every position says whether it is live, estimated or from the timetable, and how old it is, so you never mistake a guess for a fact.

🚉 LIVE BOARD: WHICH PLATFORM?
Pick a station and see the trains leaving next. Passengers at the station tell everyone the platform number, whether the train is in, and any newly announced time. When a second passenger agrees, it shows as confirmed. Only people at the station can report: your location is checked for that and never stored.

🧳 MY JOURNEY
Save your trip once: the train, where you get on and off, and the day. You get a reminder before it leaves, the platform and delay for your station, and an alarm before your stop. No sign-in, no account; it stays on your phone.

⏰ DESTINATION ALARM
Sleeping on a night train? Set an alarm for your station. It rings like a real alarm, even in silent mode, 20, 10 or 5 km before you arrive. A backup alarm rings at the expected time if Android closes the app.

The Tracking tab lists every train running now, with on time, delayed, scheduled and completed filters.

📶 WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
Timetables, stations and fares are stored on your phone. With no data at all, you can still track a train by SMS.

Not sure of the train number? The app compares two GPS readings with today's timetables and suggests your train.

🔒 PRIVACY
No account, no ads. Sharing your position is optional, only for the journey you choose, and stops by itself at your destination. Your identity and raw GPS are never shown to other passengers. The Live board checks you are at the station and does not keep your location. The microphone is used only while voice search is listening.

Note: Train Tracker is an independent app and is not affiliated with Bangladesh Railway. Live positions and platforms come from passengers and may be missing or late. Confirm times, platforms and fares at the station before you travel.
