I used to give 5 stars; what happened? The app doesn't reflect the real live unit? It doesn't respond properly; please guys have the option to have notifications sent to whatever, email, phone, to be actual and in real life; you had prior changing to this app; go back to the old one; was working 100% better; you should care for your customers

The App literally has ZERO connection to TRAILER, there is No telematics Option, It only gives "Support" and 'Settings" with all permissions engaged and Bluetooth enabled and connected to the Reefer unit. This app is literally a Phonebook app right now. that's it. IT DOES NOTHING.

I finally gave up and canceled service. A complete waste of time and money. I have not been able to get into the app since last fall. It started out great but fell flat. Not to mention the irritation of their 2 step authentication to get into the app. Good riddance.
