Can't login with the application. I can log in with comfortsite but not this app. I type out my username and password but when I hit sign in nothing happens it's like button doesn't work but even when I use enter key nothing happens. I've used it once before and it really works but apparently it doesn't work on my phone.

This app is a piece of garbage lately! All I get is timeout messages when checking part availability. I end up having to drag out my laptop for ComfortSite or call Trane Supply directly. Fix it!

I am a licensed contractor and approved to buy parts and equipment. Very difficult to contact personnel I can not access trane 360 too.
