Tranico Engineer App is designed to help engineers manage their assigned jobs with ease and efficiency.
Once an engineer is added by the admin, they receive login credentials via email. After logging in, engineers can:
1. View all assigned jobs directly in the app
2. Accept a job and enter estimated working hours
3. Decline a job by providing a valid reason
4. Clock in to start the job and track work progress
5. Pause a job when needed
6. Mark a job as finished upon completion
All engineer actions are instantly reflected in the admin and customer dashboards, ensuring smooth coordination and transparent communication.
