The Generali Tranquilidade App allows you, in a simple and quick way, to check your insurance, open and monitor your car, home or home assistance claims, whenever you need help.

Available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, with the Generali Tranquilidade App you can manage your insurance at any time.

Registration is impossible. I do not think I have used a service this terrible. They make it easy to setup automatic debit of the premium in your bank account. But impossible to register both on their website and through this stupid application. Is this incompetence or a sabotage? If I can't register anywhere and can't see my insurance policies easily, how many hoops will I have to jump on the day that I need to make a claim. I have paid a 6 months worth of premium but this is the last.

Can't register and no error is shown.

Rejects valid credentials. Services unavailable "until you pay" even though you already paid. Developer debits your account, then requests documentation allegedly necessary to do it and refuses service until you provide it. No e-mail support. Disorganized company (enters wrong address, refuses to correct before payment, keeps wrong address after payment, then resends wrong document after complaint). No dark mode. Can't change avatar. Doesn't cover incidents outside Portugal. Can't check cases.
