About this app

Aegicall gives every incoming call a name and keeps the numbers you don't want off your screen. It matches callers against the contacts saved on your own device, and screens the numbers you put on your Spam and Block lists.

Set Aegicall as your default Caller ID & spam app on Android 10 and above and it works quietly in the background: numbers on your Block list are turned away without ringing, numbers on your Spam list are silenced.

KEY FEATURES

- Caller ID from your contacts: incoming and searched numbers are matched against your saved contacts, right on your device.
- Spam list: numbers you flag are silenced instead of ringing through.
- Block list: numbers you block are rejected, with no notification.
- Number lookup: type any number into the Tracker tab and see at once whether it belongs to a saved contact.
- Unseen messages: with notification access, Aegicall gathers the chat notifications you haven't opened into one place, so nothing gets lost. Message content stays on your device.
- Call tab: a favourites list and a built-in dialpad for the people you call most.
- Contacts tab: browse and search everyone in your phonebook.
- Themes: pick the look you prefer.
- Available in more than 20 languages.

Anyone who gets calls from numbers they don't recognise and wants a quieter phone, without handing their contact list to a server.

PRIVACY

- No account needed. There is nothing to sign up for.
- Your contacts, your notifications and your spam and block lists are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.
- Aegicall is free to download and supported by ads. Our advertising and analytics partners receive device identifiers and app-usage data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Allow contact access so callers can be named.
2. Set Aegicall as your default Caller ID & spam app.
3. Add the numbers you don't want to your Spam or Block list.

PLEASE NOTE

- Caller identification uses the contacts saved on your device. Aegicall does not have a global spam database and cannot name callers who are not in your contacts.
- Call screening requires Android 10 or later and Aegicall set as your default Caller ID & spam app.
- The Unseen messages feature requires notification access, which you can turn off at any time in your system settings.
- This app contains ads.
