Whispr is a Caller ID, spam blocker, and call manager that helps you know
who's calling and stop unwanted calls.

WHY PERMISSIONS ARE NEEDED
• Call Log: used to display your Recents tab and to identify incoming and
recent callers (Caller ID). Whispr never sells or shares your call data.
• Phone & Caller ID role: required so Whispr can screen and block spam calls
in real time as your default Caller ID & spam app.
• Contacts: used to match phone numbers to names for Caller ID.
