Rollicon 3D is a lightweight personalization tool, not a static wallpaper. Pick the app icons you want, choose a theme, tune the physics, and set it as your Android live wallpaper in a couple of taps. Tilt your phone and the icons roll with real gravity; tap the screen and they scatter and settle.
