Constantly getting worked out of more money. The web passes the buck on accountability every time. I put in 2 invoices they split them do to so called random verification they randomly verified me the last 5 invoices. Split every invoice 125 in processing and 70 in fuel commitment. Can't wait until October

Tafs is very unprofessional when It comes time to cancelling your contract. They will not let you speak to anybody on the phone regarding cancellation questions. you have to go through email sometimes taking up to 3 days for a response. And if they feel you email too many times they charge you a diligence fee ($23). That's their way of saying don't bother me. They will not transfer over any money even though invoices have been paid to them until all of the ageing list has been paid in full.

I have a very bad experience with tafs ... I look forward to the day. to be able to cancel, those who speak Spanish have a very bad way of communicating, they are not professional at all, I hope for their good, or everyone will cancel their contract ... personally I would not recommend it to anyone ... I hope it will help you
