Tafs is very unprofessional when It comes time to cancelling your contract. They will not let you speak to anybody on the phone regarding cancellation questions. you have to go through email sometimes taking up to 3 days for a response. And if they feel you email too many times they charge you a diligence fee ($23). That's their way of saying don't bother me. They will not transfer over any money even though invoices have been paid to them until all of the ageing list has been paid in full.

Useless pos app and company. Looking for factoring? look elsewhere. They havent deposit my 3 invoices. I called 7 times between 9am-3pm pst and was always put on hold for than 10 mins. If you click the option to get them to call you, they will not. READ THE TERMS. $2500 IF YOU CANCEL Edit: I stop using them and 4 days later, they called me to ask me if im still hauling freight. They threatened with breach of contract for using quickpay instead of them. I used them again and again no payment.

TAFS has been a good company to factor with. They are pretty straight forward when factoring and have a set schedule when it's best to submit POD. IF YOU EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT THEY NEED TO CONTACT THE BROKER!!! They will and your money will be in your account. The fees are good and it's what to expect when working with any Factoring company if you want to get paid early and not wait for your money. Money withheld is for late deliveries and lumpers. It's a form of protection for you.
