🚌 TransCar App: Your guide to public transportation in Cartagena

Check TransCaribe routes and stops, see where the buses are coming from, plan your trip, and recharge your card without waiting in line.

🗺️ Map and Buses
• All 646 stops in the system, with the bus lines that pass through each one.

• Buses in circulation on the map, with their approximate location.

• Estimated arrival times using our own engine that takes city traffic into account.

• The stops closest to your location, with their distance.

🧭 Plan Your Trip
• Tell us where you're going, and we'll create a route for you, including transfers.

• Complete routes for each line, including trunk lines and feeder lines.

• Save your favorite stops and routes.

💳 Your TransCaribe Card
• Recharge from your cell phone with PSE, Bancolombia, Nequi, or credit card.
• Check your balance and recent transactions.

• Scan your card's code with your camera or enter the number.

• Top-up history with receipt, and in-app support if something goes wrong.

👥 COMMUNITY
• Report delays, breakdowns, overcrowded buses, cleanliness, or security issues.

• See what other users are reporting before leaving home.

• Comment, reply, and receive a notification when someone responds.

🤖 ASSISTANT
• Ask for routes, stops, balance, or arrivals using your own words.

• Get answers with the information already loaded in the app.

⭐ TRANSCAR PREMIUM (optional)
• Monthly subscription that reduces the service fee for each top-up.

• Cancel anytime from Google Play.

🔒 PRIVACY
• The map, routes, and arrivals work without an account. You only need to sign in with Google to top up your balance or participate in the community.

• Payments are processed by Bold, an authorized payment gateway: your credit card information never passes through the app.

• Your information is encrypted, and you can delete your account and data from Settings.

⚙️ REQUIREMENTS
• Android 7.0 or higher.

• Internet connection. Location is optional and is only used to show you what's nearby.
