In this app, we bring you traffic signs, also known as road signs. These are images displayed on signs in public areas, whose symbols have a specific meaning. The purpose of each sign is to alert pedestrians or drivers to take precautions or to warn them about situations on the road.
The app also includes a section for taking a knowledge test.
Traffic signs are mainly divided into four classes, groups, or types:
👉 Informative traffic signs, as their name indicates, usually provide instructions not only to drivers but also to pedestrians.
👉 Warning traffic signs, also called cautionary signs, serve to warn pedestrians or drivers of potentially dangerous situations.
👉 Regulatory traffic signs, also called prohibitive, restrictive, regulatory, or prohibition signs. 👉 Temporary traffic signs are intended to alert pedestrians and drivers to potential hazards on roads and city streets.
