the YouTube video translation application is very good, but always opens and closes when running. and it would be even better if there was a menu to download the translated video

Horrible. The entire video 10 mins and it only translated one word 2 minute into the video and the app froze then closed. U installed after the 3rd time. Worst app ever!

Keeps cutting off. It use to work translating Russian videos. I guess everyone has a problem with Russia. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Pathetic!
