About this app

ClockIn is the official attendance tracking app for affiliated
transport companies. It lets administrators verify employee GPS
location at the moment of clock-in and clock-out at the workplace.

EMPLOYEE FEATURES:
• Clock-in and clock-out with GPS location verification
• Simple login with username and password (no email required)
• View your assigned schedule and check-in tolerance
• Attendance history with punctuality status
• Reminder notification if you forget to clock in
• Daily work assignments at a glance
• Absence and justification records

ADMIN FEATURES:
• Dashboard with daily attendance for all employees
• General or per-employee custom schedules
• Monthly summary with punctuality stats, absences and
justifications
• Visual calendar per employee
• Assign jobs and destinations by date
• Export reports to CSV
• Configure work location and allowed radius

SECURITY:
• Server-side GPS validation (cannot be tampered with from the
client)
• Server-side punctuality calculation
• Employees cannot modify their own records

This app is for exclusive use by employees and administrators of
affiliated companies. A developer-provided account is required to
access.

What’s new

Dev notes:
• Fixed check-in for employees with their own entry location: no more wrong distance errors, you can clock in standing at your spot.
• The "Left the plant" button is now "Job done" for clarity.
• Admins can now promote or remove other admins from the app.
• Visual fixes: texts and labels no longer overflow their boxes, even with large font sizes.
