THE TRANSPARENT LANGUAGE ONLINE APP IS FOR USE WITH TRANSPARENT LANGUAGE ONLINE AND REQUIRES ACTIVATION BEFORE IT CAN BE USED.

If you have a Transparent Language Online account, simply enter the username and password of your personal account on the log in screen.

Ratings and reviews

It's been easy to switch between my laptop and mobile when doing lessons, as the mobile app picks up right where I left off. I also love being able to pick specific types of practice exercises between lessons, such as speech or writing/typing, allowing me to get daily practice in whatever I have time for without having to redo whole lessons.

A great program once you get accustomed to all it has to offer! Much better app than others out there (like Duo Lingo) because you are listening to native speakers rather than synthesized speech. The audio sometimes has a bit of static but that could depend on the Internet connection. Also, you hear playback of what you sound like compared to the native speakers! The sky is the limit with how far you can go, too.

Really nice alternative for learning Japanese compared to other apps, which tend to struggle with languages that use non-Latin writing systems. I love the cultural lessons and the recording analysis, though that currently isn't working. The support team was great and responded quickly when I sent in a ticket about the recording, but I wish there was more publicly available information about bugs and how long fixes should take.
