Ratings and reviews

The app is broken. We scheduled a trip to be able to get a price quote, now we can't cancel it because the app gives an error when we click the cancel button. What a terrible experience!

no one answers your calls, the app is always crashing, and when you're lucky enough to finally talk to a person, their English is horrible and they got my ride requests dates and time all wrong.

Please don't sell this app as a safe anything, when it forces the use of location always on settings. When you allow location only while app is in use settings, I may consider re-installing.
