Edit: That has got to be the most gaslighting response, ever. I'm not the problem, it's your programming. The app doesn't work. It never shows the buses, never see notifications. It doesn't work for anyone at our bus stop. This app has got to be, the worst of all apps, of all time. Works about 5% of the time. Hire better software engineers.

When it actually works, it's great (that's the only reason I am giving a second star). More times than not it doesn't show me a bus. It lists the wrong bus number and if I do get notifications it is extremely delayed. It's a great idea. Just needs to be consistent and actually work on a regular basis.

Will this app ever function as it was designed? It's never correct about the location of the bus. Multiple times, and again this morning, the app tells me it picked up my son 10 minutes after it really did, and at a bus stop HE DOESN'T EVEN RIDE PAST! I feel sorry for parents who rely in this to know their latchkey kid's location. Why launch a product that doesn't work as it should??!
