These folks took my money and ran. I paid to reserve a transporter for a move last weekend, the app had a technical problem preventing me from accessing the van. I called and emailed and tried to get any support over multiple days, but no one ever called back. I had to book through Sixt because 123Transporter completely bailed on me. After the reservation time expired, they finally got back to me, flatlybrefusing to refund the money and denying any blame. A total scam.

Scam. I rented a van and everything seemed fine at first, but then I had to wait a very long time for my €1,000 deposit. Even after more than a year, I still haven’t received it, despite many follow-ups and back and forth communication. A terrible experience.

I booked an XXL size one well before my moving date. They changed it to a smaller van, also they changed the place where I was able to get it. On the they, the previous renter missed the deadline, so I waited 50 minutes to have a can, which was 8 km away from the place where we should get it. After the moving, a parked the van at the designated place and later, when the rent was already finished, there was a charge as a "parked incorrectly". They don't provide any evidence. Very poor service!
