Trayesco connects families, drivers, and schools during school trips. Parents can see the bus's location and their child's whereabouts; drivers can keep their routes organized and report any issues instantly.

YOU NEED YOUR SCHOOL CODE

Trayesco works with schools and transportation providers that already use the platform. To create your account, you need the code provided by your school. If your school or transportation provider doesn't yet work with Trayesco, you won't be able to register.

FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

• Track the bus on the map while it's in progress.

• Check the status of each child on the trip: pending, picked up, dropped off, or not found.

• Review previous trips, including the pickup and drop-off times and locations.

• Report an absence if your child won't be using the transportation that day.

• Receive notifications when your child is picked up, dropped off, and if anything happens along the route.

• Invite another guardian so they can also track your child's trips. • Call the driver directly from the app.

• Open the bus stop or school address in Google Maps or Waze.

FOR DRIVERS

• View your routes and the order of stops for the day.

• Mark each student as picked up or dropped off with a tap.

• Report route updates: accident, breakdown, delay, blocked road, or student missing.

• View and call the parents of students on your route.

• Open the next stop in Google Maps or Waze without leaving the route.

LOGIN WITH YOUR FINGERPRINT OR FACE

If your phone allows it, you can activate quick access and log in without entering your phone number and password each time.

USE OF LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND

Trayesco collects the driver's location, even when the app is closed or running in the background, only while a route is in progress. It shows parents the bus's route on the map and records where and when each student was picked up or dropped off.

Location sharing stops as soon as the route ends. Parents never share their own location; the app only shows them the bus's location.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL OF YOUR DATA

You can delete your account and personal data at any time from the app itself, under Profile > Delete my account.
