About this app

Driver App helps school and employee transport drivers operate assigned journeys safely and efficiently.

Drivers can:

- View today’s assigned routes and trips
- See the ordered passenger list and pickup or drop-off points
- Navigate to passenger locations using map and GPS information
- Mark passengers as Onboard, Off-Board, or Absent
- Notify the passenger’s parent or organization when a student is marked absent
- Scan passenger QR codes or NFC travel IDs
- Record passenger boarding and departure events
- Capture the vehicle’s current GPS location at relevant trip points
- View trip progress, remaining passengers, and completed stops
- Report operational incidents when required
- Complete an end-of-trip safety check, including visual confirmation that no child remains onboard
- Upload an end-of-trip safety recording when required by the organization

The app displays only trips and passengers assigned to the signed-in driver. It supports secure communication between drivers, transport operators, schools, companies, and authorized passenger contacts.

Location access is used to support active trip operations, navigation, pickup and drop-off verification, and safety monitoring. Location sharing is limited to the operational requirements configured by the transport organization.

Driver App is intended for authorized drivers and transport personnel. An active account and assignment from a participating transport organization are required.
