Not only has it ever refused to complete updates several times, when the update was finally completed, I found lots of content from individual notes missing. On top of that, there is no way to sync my notes to a new phone. So far the only option is sending things individually and I don't have time for that. Fix this, please.

It genuinely used to be my favorite app until u guys updated the look and regressed on the actual functionality. 1) there's a blue underline like under every starting word even if it's correct. 2) My content in notes sometimes disappears randomly even after having saved it?! 3) Even the word count is having problems now, I am pretty sure a para has more than 22 letters but it shows 22 only. 4) It glitches so much while typing if you God forbid have more than 2000 letters in a folder. please fix.

Mind map has good potential, but is cluttered if you go beyond 2nd generation. I like how you can sort things around, but there are problems that confuse me and make the tree harder to mentally digest. Single themes should be distanced from each other to avoid cluttering the map. Each theme should hold around 70 characters per line to avoid being mostly empty space with long words; and not cut at middle of words to not be jarring. Set all of this aside, notepad is as simple as it is.
