I haven't seen any app that is worse than this. How can you cancel what I'm trying to send three times with giving reasons. Called the customer care too, the AI requested for tracking number which I called and it kept saying I should call the number that starts with NG, as if it didn't hear me say NG. I asked if I could be transferred to a human customer service and it kept me waiting for 5 minutes without any response, will you refund me my airtime. Please do better, jeez.

Worst delivery experience. I paid for home delivery, yet the rider wanted me to come to another location to pick up my package myself. They kept marking delivery as failed without properly contacting me. One missed call while I was in class and suddenly they claim “3 failed attempts.” Very unprofessional service. Seeing many reviews with the same complaint says a lot.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. They didn't contact me but marked my delivery as contact not reachable for a long time, called and sent messages severally and they keep saying my item is in transit but they would go on an e-commerce store and mark your delivery as recipient not reachable. Another terrible experience is that you will pay for a home delivery and they want you to come meet them on a different location, that's if your item is not stolen by their staffs.
