I'm beginning to wonder if you guys are scammers. I ordered something on AliExpress in December I was supposed to receive it earlier this month but I received an email last week when it was almost midnight that Speedaf tried to deliver but my number wasn't reachable. Who delivers at 11pm? And my phone was off. I tried contacting via email, phonecalls, whatsapp messages but I received no answer. Why? So I'm resorting to this. DELIVER MY ITEMS OR GIVE ME A REFUND. This is just horrible.

This is the worst company you'd ever use. Whoever is saddled with the responsibility of picking staff is very good at one thing, picking the absolute worst. Uncouth, impolite, lazy , entitled. How are you supposed to deliver a package to someone's doorstep and you order them to come pick up from a location because you have other errands to run. This is a 1 star from me because it the least but trust me when I say that a one star is too good.

I placed an order on AliExpress, and my goods arrived in Nigeria on 31st December 2026. Since their arrival, the package has remained at the Lagos office without being forwarded to the Minna, Niger State centre. I have made several complaints to customer care using the provided contact numbers, but I have not received any clear explanation for the delay. The tracking system also claims that my phone line was unreachable, which is untrue. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this.
