Speedaf NG is the worst courier service in Nigeria right now, They wouldn't call at all and just conclude that you're not reachable, and when you tried to call to provide an alternative, their customer service is the worst, they wouldn't pick up at all and even if they pick up, their agent are the worst in providing solutions, they keeps saying the issue will be escalated and that's the end of it, you won't hear from them again. No one should choose them if they don't want to lose their money..

I'm beginning to wonder if you guys are scammers. I ordered something on AliExpress in December I was supposed to receive it earlier this month but I received an email last week when it was almost midnight that Speedaf tried to deliver but my number wasn't reachable. Who delivers at 11pm? And my phone was off. I tried contacting via email, phonecalls, whatsapp messages but I received no answer. Why? So I'm resorting to this. DELIVER MY ITEMS OR GIVE ME A REFUND. This is just horrible.

I placed an order on AliExpress, and my goods arrived in Nigeria on 31st December 2026. Since their arrival, the package has remained at the Lagos office without being forwarded to the Minna, Niger State centre. I have made several complaints to customer care using the provided contact numbers, but I have not received any clear explanation for the delay. The tracking system also claims that my phone line was unreachable, which is untrue. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this.
