I'm beginning to wonder if you guys are scammers. I ordered something on AliExpress in December I was supposed to receive it earlier this month but I received an email last week when it was almost midnight that Speedaf tried to deliver but my number wasn't reachable. Who delivers at 11pm? And my phone was off. I tried contacting via email, phonecalls, whatsapp messages but I received no answer. Why? So I'm resorting to this. DELIVER MY ITEMS OR GIVE ME A REFUND. This is just horrible.

I placed an order on AliExpress, and my goods arrived in Nigeria on 31st December 2026. Since their arrival, the package has remained at the Lagos office without being forwarded to the Minna, Niger State centre. I have made several complaints to customer care using the provided contact numbers, but I have not received any clear explanation for the delay. The tracking system also claims that my phone line was unreachable, which is untrue. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this.

The worst delivery company ever. poor customer service and they don't pick calls or rectify a wrong sorting of parcel. for almost a month now I haven't received my order my Temu.And if you call them or send a message, they don't pick up neither do they reply your text.very stressful dealing with them.
