I don't usually complain about app, but what happened 2 days ago is frustrating and I have been unable to correct it. Geniex app uninstall from my phone and I installed it back but I can't recharge to my geniex account again. If I want to buy data now, I have to deposit from my bank or wallets. Please can you fix that.

Please few days back the app was working fine.then I accidentally deleted it and reinstalled it back But now I got an error message telling me that geniex doesn't support my device. The worst part is that the customer service doesn't reply messages. What's wrong???

I spent my money that I should have used to buy data from my subscriber to purchase yours only for me not to be able to browse and for your network to keep going off every 10 mins... You guys should stop offering services to people, it's becoming a fraud. I regret considering y'all...I really do
