I find it annoying that the new App does not seem to show running account balances – and while finding trip charges wasn't too difficult, finding charges made to my card was not obvious or intuitive and did not quite correspond to the "help" instructions. It took me some time to find them. It shouldn't be that hard! And while account balances appear in quarterly statements they are not current information.

The Linkt app does what it is supposed to. No problems with payments. However since two updates ago, I now have to put my password in once a day everytime I want to log in. Previous iterations stayed logged in indefinitely. It is frustrating to have to do this extra stepp everytime I want to top up. There is no option to stay logged in, or to make my phone a trusted device or something similar. Why would you think this is an improvement?

using my account for the first time in a couple of months and find i cannot top up my account easily. it now says it will top me up every time I go through a toll which will mean I pay a surcharge every time. why can't they leave the app like it was!
