Ratings and reviews

The Linkt app does what it is supposed to. No problems with payments. However since two updates ago, I now have to put my password in once a day everytime I want to log in. Previous iterations stayed logged in indefinitely. It is frustrating to have to do this extra stepp everytime I want to top up. There is no option to stay logged in, or to make my phone a trusted device or something similar. Why would you think this is an improvement?

Downloaded the app, created an account, added my card details for payments and it tells me it's a $1.50 start up fee...ok no worries, then it asked me to log back in...except now when I try to log in it just says something went wrong and won't let me log in...worked fine when it was taking money from my account though 🙄

The Linkt app is ABSOLUTELY USELESS for checking transactions that are still current. In the Activity tab there are 3 sub-categories namely: Summary - Transactions - Statements. The Statements is the only team that works. The others CONSTANTLY give me an error with the only clickable option bring 'Retry', which is groundhog day ie same error over and over again. WAKE UP Linkt. you need a working app.
