Trip Tracking is Abysmal! The total inability to be able to filter trips by rego number is abysmal! Bring back locking the transponder to a rego so users can filter trips by rego. Can't even filter by transponder, only rego, the only time rego shows is if transponder fails to activate, then cop video matching fee. Old system locked transponder to rego and filtering which vehicle did what trips was easy. Seems modern fancier computer systems cannot do basic functions old one did for 20 years.

Linkt is a peace of mind as you don't have to avoid tolls, not sure why I never had one before. Discounts and rewards. Reminders sent, you open an account with 15 dollars. the plastic thing is free. Top up account manually or direct debit.

I think they should focus more on getting the customer service chat to work before branching into "Customer awards points." It has taken me more than 10 different chats to get a simple email address to query a charge on my credit card. This should be listed on the website, yet after 10 different chats, I am still struggling to get basic information. Update: The app keeps disconnecting from the server and showing a "disconnected, please retry" banner.
