It seems intentionally difficult to get the M5 rebate back, takes you through to a separate website that looks like it's from the 90s and then half the time when I try to get my rebate that part of the website is 'temporarily unavailable', but everything else works fine... very fishy

Morning, the M5 rebate is a TfNSW initiative which is why when you're making a claim, you get redirected to their website. Unfortunately, that's out of our control. Nik

Not user friendly at all! It only tells you about the chargers. Doesn't allow to manage the tag given. The only option given for tag is either lost or stolen. And, if you accidentally press on the lost or stolen it doesn't allow for correction. What so good about that? Doesn't allow to link tag with your car registration unless you drive through a toll. Useless and lousy so call app doesn't even deserve a one star.

Thanks for the review. The Linkt app can be used to add/remove/edit all personal info, vehicles and tags. You can also view charges and statements and use the customer rewards bar code to get fuel discounts. We're looking at adding extra features for tag nicknames etc. soon. Nik

Useless, says that there's been an "unexpected problem with the system" whenever you try to pay a trip. Then says "something went wrong" when you try to view if you've actually been through a toll or not, this goes on every time you try to pay (2 weeks of this BS) Then miraculously you receive a toll payment letter and suddenly the app/website starts to work, funny how it's 4x the price and suddenly let's you pay. Could have called, but why bother making an app and all the account setup BS
