I love the concept of Trashie, keeping clothes out of landfills and recycling as much as can possible. I have personally always felt terrible just throwing clothes away, I live in a rural area and there's no textile recycling near me. The app itself works like it should. I'm giving only 3 stars though because they advertise it takes 5-7 days to receive your TBB. It took 20 days for my first bag order to arrive, still waiting on order 2, and haven't received code for E-Cycling at all.

Just dowloaded and am trying to sign up. I am at the verify phone number screen and as soon as it sends my the code I am putting it in but it says session expired and then won't resend another code when prompted. Not worth my time.

They lost my bag and customer service didn't help. I bought the bag filled it. Received email they got it and were sorting the material. Received another email that the bag was lost and now nothing but emails to check out help section and to advertise to me about getting me bags.
