Since November 2020 I've ordered plastic card 3 times and none of them reached to me. I've been told that I would reach the card max. in 20 work days in each time. I've asked for a tracking number over and over again. I cannot be provided with it. And during the last week I've been sending emails, to order a new card and pay for the shipping with a tracking number since somehow the previous ones are lost and I've been getting automated replies that it will be answered but no one is getting back.

Used to be very satisfied with the app and service. That is until I lost my phone number and needed to contact Support to change it. It's a whole work week since I can not use my account and assets because the Support is not replying to emails, and there is no chat or phone number to contact them in any other way than email. So, in short , it's ok until you have a hiccup and need support. The number was not changed or they never informed me about it. Still waiting for a reply. Two weeks passed.

TAKE NOTE. 1, my address doesn't fit their boxes, much aggravation. 2, finally got account & card after TWO MONTHS. 3, they want proof of fund source, bank statements of my original 3 yr old previous BTC purchase through another platform & my personal savings account statements (nothing to do with crypto!). This intrusion is WAY beyond necessary AML/KYC authority legality. No problem with other crypto accounts. 4. Now they've blocked my card!!!! Transferred out, STAY WELL CLEAR!
