Where do I start, amazing service from Ellie who went through many options with me and left me to make the final decision on destination and hotel, from there Ellie did everything else from securing the booking, transfers, checking us in online and personally delivering the boarding passes and other documentation we needed. After this faultless experience,we will not be booking anywhere else. 5 star service all round. We enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much for going above and beyond 5 🌟 🤩

I use Angela for most of my holiday bookings, she is amazing, she always finds places that tick boxes and never puts me under any pressure to book! If on the occasion I do go rogue and arrange something myself she's always on hand and helpful in organising transfers or excursions which is so helpful and reassuring! Can't really imagine doing holidays without her!

Currently on honeymoon and have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times just to get it to work. The app constantly keeps crashing, forcing you onto the documents page when you're trying to look through the itinerary and freezes as you're scrolling, refusing to move further until you give it around 5 seconds. Would not recommend the app and these bugs really need to be fixed!
