Ratings and reviews

The insurance is great . But the app not so much. spins and spins keeps sending a password confirmation number this is after confirming. I have NO access to any of the 3 accounts that I have. Disappointing. I've also spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and I.T. to try to resolve the email that keeps coming to me saying I need to sign documents. they confirmed yesterday I don't. But I still received another email at 730 am today concerning it. Address something on your end please.

They continuously take out money they are not supposed to take out. If you select monthly billing they'll take out the full premium and then won't give you your money back for a long period of time spending hours and hours on the phone trying to fight to get the money back that they wrongly charged you. This has happened to me the last 2 months in a row causing me to have an overdrafted Bank account and I never overdraft my account. but not recommend Travelers Insurance due to this

There are few bugs that make this app very difficult to use. 1. For some reason I'm unable to save credit/debit card information in the app to process the monthly premium. So I'm only permitted to use ACH through my banking account which takes days to process. 2. When I log in each time it ask me to enter the secure code and when I click remember this device for 30 days it still asks me to complete multifactor authentication. 3. The message text box does appear above the keybord..
