There are few bugs that make this app very difficult to use. 1. For some reason I'm unable to save credit/debit card information in the app to process the monthly premium. So I'm only permitted to use ACH through my banking account which takes days to process. 2. When I log in each time it ask me to enter the secure code and when I click remember this device for 30 days it still asks me to complete multifactor authentication. 3. The message text box does appear above the keybord..

6/14/26 update - now it doesn't work at all. It tells me I don't have an upcoming payment, but I do! Waited 20 minutes to speak to somebody who said they're rolling out updates to it in batches!! Glad I checked, because I might've been delinquent on my payment, since it's due in 3 days. Reducing my rating from two stars to one! ****** Whoa! The app was laggy before, but now it's even worse. It takes forever to load, and the biometric login is glitchy.

The app used to actually work a few months ago, but around January I noticed that nothing in about my account would show up. No claims or due dates for payments and even my policy wasn't showing up, insurance cards aren't available through the app for me either. It isn't really that big of an issue for me because I have regular access to a computer, but this problem renders the Travelers App useless. This might just be an individual problem but if a fix could be issued that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I'll just use the browser and delete the app. Thanks.
