I used pelago to purchase a workshop experience. But the purchase was not transparent at all: unable to use voucher on checkout, no information at all on why voucher cannot be used, exclusions to events not stated clearly anywhere on the app. The FAQ page (provided by customer service agent) is also inaccurate and does not indicate that pelago vouchers cannot be used for events tagged with sg culture pass. The exclusions for all events should be clearly stated on the event page itself.

perpetually send me to SQ login website (even though I selected "Remember Me" and then send me a OTP code. Key in correctly but got a "Sorry there seems to be a system error. Please try again later" I tried later then say that they can't send me OTP and I cannot use the apps. This has persisted for months

Unable to redeem, unable to refund. Email, chat with live agent, whatsapp also no response. Live agent auto cancel my order and unable to refund. Waited live customer service chat for more than 30min also no response. Gave me a 30% promo code but unable to refund. Super bad experience and embarassing at the shop.
