Very disappointing experience. Pelago charged me for multiple bookings, but only one was confirmed. I was promised a refund within 10 days for the failed bookings, yet I still haven't received it. Customer support barely responds, and I had to spend extra money to make alternative bookings. Don't advertise a refund guarantee if you can't honor it.🤌

Very easy to find attractions and competitive prices compared to other ticketing platforms. Purchasing tickets from app was very smooth and quick. Only niggle was that buying Starhub eSIMs, promo prices didn't work, perhaps they were limited to certain card types but app description didn't mention.

I used pelago to purchase a workshop experience. But the purchase was not transparent at all: unable to use voucher on checkout, no information at all on why voucher cannot be used, exclusions to events not stated clearly anywhere on the app. The FAQ page (provided by customer service agent) is also inaccurate and does not indicate that pelago vouchers cannot be used for events tagged with sg culture pass. The exclusions for all events should be clearly stated on the event page itself.
