The system is very bugged, a first time promo cannot be applied, and the chatbot keeps telling me I have booked before. After reaching out to the support and checking for FIVE FULL DAYS, they found that it was a transaction error and they not able to reverse any charges. I felt I could have been better off booking on Klook or Airbnb and be done within the day instead of this draggy results.

too many issues with the UI as a branded travel app. HUGE room for improvement on app start up, booking review and access, comment interface and so on. almost a regret to download and use... the only plus side is they utilise other platforms resources to allow one stop purchase for various holiday activities

Tried to book activities for Langkawi today. My first booking was marked as failed after making payment. Customer service was unavailable. Thankfully I'm booking ahead so I still have time to switch to another provider. Second booking said it was Chinese speaking guide. But I can only choose Japanese in the menu. In the app, each booking requires full passport details and yet there's no way to save the profiles. Also no way to add to cart and pay at one shot. I am going back to Klook.
