You're at a restaurant table in Tokyo, Lisbon or Bangkok. The menu is
beautiful and completely unreadable. Photograph it, and TravelTaste gives it
back to you as a menu: the same sections, the same dishes, the same prices, but in your language.
Not a wall of chat text. Not a live camera overlay you have to hold steady. A
clean, structured menu you can read one-handed in a dim restaurant.
How it works
1. Open the app. You land on the camera — no account, no sign-up, no pickers.
2. Photograph the menu. Several pages are fine.
3. The menu appears as it's read, section by section, so you can start reading
before it has finished.

Show your order to the waiter
Pick your dishes and hand your phone across the table. TravelTaste builds a
card in the restaurant's language listing exactly what you'd like to order,
including changes like "no coriander", so nothing gets lost in translation.
Dietary flags
Set your allergies and dietary preferences once. TravelTaste marks the dishes on the translated menu that conflict with them, so you can spot them at a glance instead of reading every description.
Scan QR menus
Scan the QR code on the table and the menu page is translated directly — no
photo needed.
Split the bill
Photograph the receipt at the end and TravelTaste reads the line items, so you can assign dishes to people and see what each person owes.
Languages
The menu's language is detected automatically. You never have to tell it what
you're looking at. Results arrive in your phone's language, 19 supported, and
you can change it whenever you like.
