Extremely bad service from travel triangle. Before booking they will call you frequently but after booking they will not attend you. Pathetic service from travel triangle, travel advisor are just a fake thing. Now About VINA TRAVELS , they are very rude, I asked to change the driver but they don't do. They will not timely update you about next morning plan. They charged me extra Rs2200 from quote for alternative route, they charge me parking fee extra which was not mentioned.

Worst Application. Extremely poor experience with Travel Triangle (Balaji Tour and Travel). Hotel vouchers were delayed, and I was informed about hotel unavailability 12 days after booking. Asked to pay extra for a mandatory dinner that was never disclosed earlier. Cab details were shared late, Day 1 driver was unreachable causing a 2-hour delay, and the itinerary didn’t match what the driver followed. Support from the agent and Travel Triangle was almost non-existent during issues.

Excellent trip organized by Sierra Vacation Special thanks to Ajayji, who took care of everything during our 3N/4D trip—hotel arrangements, vehicle details, and all logistics. Akansha was also extremely kind and supportive during the quotation discussions and while finalizing the trip. Overall, a very well-managed and memorable experience. Highly recommended.
