Really pathetic. Not able to plan one trip. The advisor calls and asks to select from the quote which needs to be revised. I have to remind him to send the revised quotation. When will I get the quote and and how to select the right one. When to plan and when to travel & have a enjoyable time. It's better to try some other apps instead of travel Triangle.

Its awful experience. They only talk before you pay them in full. Afterwards, nobody picks your call. There are too many hidden charges. I booked trip to Thailand, and almost at every place I have to pay extra. And they would book in a manner that 5N 6D tour effectively becomes 5N4D tour with more than 20+ hours waiting in airport or hotel. Rooms are not available when you reach. They drop you half a kilometer before your hotel with no guidance to route.

App is not very well designed. Plus you don't get any response from TT team without calling them multiple times. Also, the payment modes is direct money transfer with other methods requiring additional charges (this is a problem considering that we had booked and 5 person trip to Nepal). The saving grace was that we really enjoyed the trip (which is the reasoning behind the 2 stars), the overall booking experience need to improve.
