Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience with Travelyaari. They wouldn't refund the amount for cancellation of bus due to bus failure. Neither they bother to contact the customer to update the status of bus cancelled or transaction refunded. Very poor management while they call themselves IIM trained chaps.

Booked ticket from Amritsar to Jammu dated 22.08.23. I have selected window seat while booking. But your dealing person alloted another seat without window. In Booking with travel agent, your conact person has enetered his mobile no. With my registered mobile no, there is no booking. I have called on number through which I have received call but they did not pick call. Worst service

Worst service ever.I had booked tickets, which got cancelled last minute. No customer care no. Is working or any proper details provided. No refund nothing.
