Plan a week of meals around your household, your budget and your allergies, then shop from one grocery list with a price range for every item.

MioPrep is a weekly meal planner for people who want dinner decided before the week starts. Answer a few quick questions: who you cook for, diets and allergies, your weekly grocery budget, where you shop and what is in your kitchen. Mio, the little pot that runs the app, builds your week.

• Ingredients merged across the week and grouped by aisle
• Priced by the package you buy, with a range per item and for the week
• Fix any price and MioPrep remembers it
• Add items by typing or by voice, check them off at the store, share the list as text

SWAP AND CHANGE
• Swap any meal and pick from three dishes that fit your allergies, kitchen and budget
• Ask Mio to change the week in your own words, like "make Friday vegetarian", or tap a quick change such as a cheaper week
• Keep the change or undo it. Hide a dish and it stays out of future plans

SAVE RECIPES FROM ANYWHERE
• Share a link or a social post to MioPrep, snap a cookbook page, or paste the text
• Mio scales the recipe for your household and can put it straight into your week

COOK STEP BY STEP
• One step per screen, with timers you start with a tap
• Hands free: say "next" and the screen stays on while you cook
• Timers keep running in a notification

PRICING, STATED PLAINLY
MioPrep is a subscription. After the questions you choose a plan before you see your week. There are two plans and no ads.
• Annual: 7-day free trial, then US$34.99 a year (C$49.99 in Canada). The app reminds you 2 days before the trial ends.
• Weekly: US$4.99 a week (C$6.99 in Canada). No free trial, billed the day you subscribe.
Google Play shows the final price in your currency before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

GOOD TO KNOW
• AI: recipes and dish photos are made with the help of AI. When you type a change request or save a recipe, an AI service reads it. You can switch typed requests off, and you can report any recipe or answer without leaving the app.
• Grocery costs and nutrition numbers are estimates. Real prices vary by store and week.
• MioPrep is a meal planner for adults 18 and over. It does not give medical or dietary advice. Diet styles are general eating patterns.
• Allergy filters help, and they cannot guarantee that a product is free of an allergen. Always check product labels and cross-contact warnings.
• Made for the United States, Canada and Brazil, with local package sizes, currencies and units, in English and Portuguese.
