They take too long to verify your information!! Incredibly weeks! The app clearly needs to develop a bunch of technical aspects. There is no any way of support, nor contact information for the app developers. If you make a mistake, you need to contact them through email to ask them to change it, because you can't edit nothing! Same if you want to delete your profile. There could be a lot of potential if they also add a filter for work language required.

You want to work, but this doesn't. Always waiting until the shift starts to even get any update on whether I was accepted or not. Furthermore I never got any job I was well qualified for, yet my friend with 0 experience got that same job. Also took many months to validate a piece of paper, only for them to say it's not correct- I got it from a school with multiple locations around the world. Now say you finally get a gig, great, app works right? No, have fun being left off the messaging list!

It sometimes lets you apply for shifts but if you have problems don't bother to contact customer service, you probably won't get any help. I have contacted customer service because I coudln't apply and they stopped answering me after one email and seconds time I had to provide proof of employment and after doing it the guy stopped answering me.
