The Kide.assistant application gives Kide.app Merchants an easier, faster and handier way to check their customers’ tickets, product coupons and memberships.
Kide.assistant is installed on a smart device that uses the camera to read the QR code of the customer's ticket and verify the validity of the ticket. When reading the QR code, the ticket is marked as used, and you no longer need to press the traditional on-screen buttons. The application will allow you to check tickets, product coupons or memberships every second, and if you keep the device on a rack, the product inspector has their own hands completely free.
You can't see the Merchant’s or store's Kide.admin information from the app, so feel free to take Kide.assistant into use with external ticket inspectors too.
