About this app

TreeSafe is a paperwork app for UK tree surgeons and arborists. Write the tree work risk assessment, RAMS, quote or invoice while you are still on site, then send a tidy PDF before you drive home.

It is made by OhOh Safety for small tree care firms and sole traders who would rather not spend their evenings on admin.

RISK ASSESSMENTS AND RAMS
• Step-by-step tree work risk assessments: hazards, control measures, PPE and emergency arrangements
• RAMS with a method statement for the job (Pro)
• Nearest A&E suggested from a built-in UK list when location is on. Always check it before work starts
• Current weather and wind speed added from your location
• Your signature on every document

SITE VISITS AND TREE SURVEY NOTES (PRO)
• Record each tree with species, notes, photos and GPS position, like a simple tree survey of the site
• Drop pins on a site map for access points, chipper position, power lines and exclusion zones
• Turn a site visit into a quote

QUOTE AND INVOICE APP
• Build quotes line by line, with UK VAT at 20% if you are VAT registered
• Send a quote link: your client opens it in a browser and taps Accept (Pro)
• Raise invoices with deposit, balance due, payment terms and your bank details
• See paid, outstanding and quoted totals for the month on the home screen

SITES AND DOCUMENTS
• Paperwork is kept against each site and client, so past jobs are easy to find
• Search and filter documents by type and status
• Drafts save as you go

PDFS YOU CAN SEND
• Clean PDFs for risk assessments, RAMS, method statements, site visits, quotes and invoices
• Your company details and signature on every document, plus your logo with Pro
• Share by email, WhatsApp or any other app on your phone

SAVED ON YOUR PHONE, BACKED UP TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Your work is saved on the phone as you go, so a weak signal on site will not lose it. When you are signed in, it also backs up to your TreeSafe account and is there on your other devices.

FREE AND PRO
The free plan includes 10 documents and invoices each month.
TreeSafe Pro is an optional subscription that adds unlimited documents, RAMS and method statements, site visits that fill a quote, client Accept links for quotes and your logo on PDFs. Monthly and yearly plans are available. Payment is through Google Play, and you can cancel at any time from your Google Play subscriptions.

SIGN-IN AND PRIVACY
Sign in with Google or with email and password. There are no ads. You can delete your account and its cloud data from Settings.
