Cannot receive otp. Haven't been able to set a password to one of the ID's. Tried on TTH app but didn't work so I called TTH to set it up but they said that there's no such thing as password option in TTH app (???) So for that ID I have to use otp only. Without otp working, I cannot login and make appointments for that ID via TTH app. For my personal ID, I was able to set a password (account was made earlier) so I was able to log in. But it won't let me select a time to make an appointment.

I've been using this hospital app for a few weeks now, and it's been really helpful. Scheduling appointments is straightforward and easy, and I like that I can access my medical records whenever I need to.
